Healthier Egg Nog

If you're anything like me, you LOVE egg nog during the holidays. But just beware of the store-bought versions that are loaded with excess sugar!


1 cup organic heavy cream
1 cup organic milk (regular or almond)
3-4 organic egg yolks
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp real organic maple syrup
2-3 packets stevia
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder


1. Place all of the ingredients into a blend and blend for 30-60 seconds, and you're done!
