Roasted Brussels Sprouts

So easy and delicious, this recipe is a staple in my home!


1 1/2 pounds organic Brussels sprouts
3 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2. Mix Brussels sprouts in a bowl with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour them on a sheet pan and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside
3. Sprinkle with salt prior to serving

Servings: 6

Pro Tip: This works with any other roasted veggies as well!
