Flourless Banana Oat Protein Muffins

Introduction:

Banana muffins you can feel good about - in under 30 minutes! 

These tasty and super easy muffins are quick, and pack nearly 8 grams of protein per serving. At 86 cals each, it's totally ok to have more than one!


Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1.5 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups egg whites
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder 


Instructions:

1.    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2.    Line a muffin tin with paper cups or spray with cooking spray

3.    Mash bananas until they become a lumpy, liquid consistency

4.    Add egg whites and vanilla, stir

5.    In a separate bowl, add the dry ingredients and whisk

6.    Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until mixed well

7.    Add the batter to the muffin tin until all 10 cups are filled 3/4 to the top

8.    Bake for 15-17 minutes 

9.    Let cool for 15 minutes on a cooling wrack

10.  ENJOY and try not to eat all 10 in one sitting
