Simple & Savory Side Dish! This delicious side dish is easy & done in 30 minutes. Fill up your plate with this delicious vegetable! 

Ingredients:

INGREDIENTS â €

1 butternut squash - peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubesâ €
2 tablespoons olive oilâ €
2 cloves garlic, mincedâ €
salt and ground black pepper to tasteâ €


Instructions:

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).â €

Toss butternut squash with olive oil and garlic in a large bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Arrange coated squash on a baking sheet.â €

Roast in the preheated oven until squash is tender and lightly browned, 25 to 30 minutes.
